Welding inspector training Seminar & Certification events are offered almost every month in Hong Kong. Additional certification events will be designed and announced based on the requirements of our corporate clients. Before taking up the seminar or certification we always recommend you to plan well in advance and book your registration. This will enable you to receive the complete set of study materials that you can use to prepare well for the event and will enable us to reach you through our Newsletters to keep you updated on the latest news and events.

Welding inspector seminar Pattern:

Three Days of the seminar will be used to cover the (Part-A) "Fundamentals" part of the examination that covers all the facets of AWS QC1:2016/B5.1:2013, Welding Process, Weld Joint Geometry and Welding Symbols, Document Governing Welding Inspection and Qualification, Metal Properties and Destructive Testing, Welding Metallurgy, Weld and Base Metal Discontinuities, Visual Inspection, Other NDE Methods and Symbols, Safety in Welding and cutting One and Half Days will be used to cover the (Part-B) "practical applications" part of the examination. This will expose you to actual visual inspection tools, guages, weld replicas and further to the accessibility and rejection criteria of sample weldments based on the Books of Specification.

One and Half Days will be used to expose and refresh your skills in comprehending the welding code books (AWS D1.1 or API1104 Part-C) including qualification of welding procedure.

Two Days will be totally dedicated to discussion and review session of Part - A, B & C.
