Certificate Verification

We provide comprehensive training programs in Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) designed to equip individuals with a solid understanding of the principles and applications of this non-destructive testing method. Our courses combine theoretical knowledge with practical training sessions to ensure effective implementation in various work environments.

Our Level 2 program focuses on providing participants with a thorough understanding of Magnetic Particle Testing principles and practical techniques. From the basics of magnetic particle inspection to the identification of typical discontinuities in various materials, participants will learn about testing parameters, equipment, verification processes, and safety considerations. The course includes hands-on training sessions and covers topics such as magnetization verification, selection of techniques, testing procedures, and adherence to ISO standards.

COURSE OUTLINE:

➥ Introduction to Magnetic Particle Testing

➥ Basic Physical Phenomena – Electrical and Magnetic Properties

➥ Typical Discontinuities in Welds, Casting, Forging, and Roller Products

➥ Testing Parameters – Magnetization and Detection Media

➥ Equipment – Different Types

➥ Verification of Magnetization

➥ Lighting Levels Verification

➥ Selection of Techniques
